I’ve really taken to paella since moving to Spain. Previously i’d never go near that much wierdly coloured wobbley seafood stuff. But after a few years and some really tasty meals I’ve been converted. Anyway here’s my version of Paella mixta, that’s paella with seafood and chicken.
