Using Google SketchUp to test room layouts

I’ve been using Google SketchUp recently and I’m really impressed with how easy it is to use. It also produces great render image for illustrating building projects.
We’re moving house soon, fingers crossed. The license is finally here and the now builder is cracking on with the works. It’s a long, long story… But now finally a year after we bought the place we can really start to wonder what it might be like to live there.

Well I finally did it and signed myself up for a Blog.
I read other people’s all the time, but I’ve held off on getting my own as to be honest I’m not sure that anyone really would want to read it.
But that been said, here it is, it’s more for my reference than anything else, but if you find this and read it then let me know…
One of the things I thought might be kind of useful is to stash some links and things to projects and blogs from all over that I find interesting. I really like find other people’s blogs that have links to other sites that I’ve not heard of before, so I might as well do it myself.
